Nursery

Inverness College UHI has two facilities offering childcare to students but did you know that it is open to the general public too?

With qualified staff who meet the requirements for the Scottish Social Services Council staff are committed and continually enhancing their learning and development through various courses and qualifications.

Our centrally located nurseries offer quality nursery care for children aged 0–5 and offer full-time, part-time and sessional day care. Midmills Nursery has childcare for children aged birth - 3 years and Longman Nursery caters for children from 3-5 years.   For more information contact the Childcare Services Manager via 01463 273000.

Restaurant

Our fully licensed training restaurant serves delicious 2 and 3 course heavily discounted meals for the general public at various times throughout the year. Booking is essential and you will not be disappointed. Expect to be waited on hand and foot by our Hospitality students and the cooking is crafted by our Professional Cookery students.

Salon

We have a hair and beauty salon for all your daily needs whether it be a trim or full colour, style and consultation, our students are trained in the latest trends as well as short and long hair styling. With price tags to suit your pocket, can you afford not to? Call 01463 273273 to make an appointment during term time.

Our beauty salon delivers an eclectic mix of beauty treatments from waxing to ear candles, massage to nail art. Our students are training in customer service as well as beauty therapy to ensure your needs are catered for.

Room booking

We are open for business! If you need a room for a meeting with the latest smartboard technology, a lecture theatre seating 180 or simply a meeting space for brainstorming, we have a room to suit. Prices start at £125 for the day for a classroom and £260 for our lecture theatre. We can also provide catering, photocopying and even the odd lecturer for an evening class.
