Enterprise
CREATE is the centre based in the College designed to encourage and support any student or staff member from Inverness College UHI to identify and take advantage of potential social enterprise and business opportunities. Through knowledge transfer partnerships entreprenurial activity can be directly linked to research activity in the College and more widely in UHI.
Inverness College UHI also works with UHI Hi Links which aims to provide greater access to research and development resources through collaborative projects with businesses.
For example:
- developing new added value products or processes
- reducing costs
- developing new markets
- increasing sales
- improving efficiency
- developing new technology or business systems
