Statistical information on staff.

The College holds information within its human resources Ciphr system. Performance Indicators are monitored by the Human Resources Committee.


Recruitment policies:

Policies, statements, procedures and guidelines relating to recruitment.

Staff vacancies are advertised on the College website.

Guidance notes for completion of the Application Form are available on the College website.

The College has a Staff Recruitment and Selection policy.


Performance management:

Policies and procedures relating to appraisal and performance management arrangements.

The College has Personal Development Planning and Performance Review arrangements.


Pensions:

Policies and guidelines on pension arrangements for staff.

SPPA Superannuation Scheme.
Employer Contribution currently (14.9%), Employee Contribution: (6.4%)

Support

Local Government Pension Scheme administered by Highland Council.
Employer Contribution currently (255% of Employees contribution), Employee Contribution normally, scale is tiered from April 2009 and varies dependant upon individual circumstances.

Staff development needs are usually identified via Performance Development Programme. Staff may complete a TD1 requesting internal or external training.

Guidance is provided in the ‘Guidance Section’ of the Application Form in terms of the Data Protection Act.
