Open Evenings are held periodically throughout the year and the dates are set in advance. They are promoted via the local press and radio and advertised on the College website.

Student liaison:
The structure and functioning meetings of staff/student consultative committees or other liaison groups.
Inverness College operates a class representative system. Each class nominates a representative to attend Course Team meetings. The purpose of Course Team meetings is for staff involved in the delivery of courses to discuss how each course is currently operating and to resolve any issues arising. The student representative is a full member of the team who contributes to the meetings on behalf of the student cohort. All meetings are formally recorded.

Further Education students have access to Careers Services through the College Students Services team and SDS Advisers. Higher Education Students have access to Careers Services through the College Student Services team and the UHI Careers Centre.

The college only passes on information to organisations outside the UHI partnership where we are obliged to do so by law, for statistical reporting purposes (e.g. Scottish Funding Council); to qualification awarding bodies for certification purposes and to employers and sponsoring bodies who pay student fees.
