Vacancies at Inverness College

Join us
With ambitious plans for the future, and with the recent approval to build a multimillion pound new campus which will become a centre of excellence, this is an exciting time for us. Your knowledge, skills and experience will help us achieve these plans.
With a diverse student population of over 8,500 and a curriculum that is one of the widest in Scotland, all of the teaching and non-teaching roles advertised here will be key in delivering the learning needs of our students.
Faculties
We operate two academic faculties:
Faculty of Technology
Including – Technology, Engineering Craft, Construction Craft and Forestry/Arboriculture
Faculty of Life Sciences, Business and Creative Industries
Including - Health/Care/Education/Supported Learning, Business/Management/Accounting/IT/ Hospitality and Cooking, Science/Sport/Hair/Beauty and Art/Drama/Media/Languages/ESOL
Additionally, there are a diverse range of support services working closely with the academic faculties to deliver a high quality learning environment while contributing to both research and commercial activity.
If you are motivated to support us in achieving our aims, are committed to the delivery of high quality education and are excited about the challenges ahead, we would be interested to hear from you. All college vacancies are advertised on the following pages.
Supply/bank staff
We would also like to hear from professionals who are interested in teaching on a supply basis. Teaching on a supply basis is an excellent method of updating your own CPD while passing on your current industry experience to those who are keen to learn. It doesn’t need to be an extensive commitment and is potentially something that you can either undertake in the evenings or during the day in conjunction with your main employer.
If you are interested in applying to be available on the supply bank for one of the subjects mentioned above, please complete and submit a speculative application form clearly labelling the subject you are applying for.
