This course is designed for people recovering from mental health difficutlies and associated problems who would like to build self-confidence and skills for life and work.
The course enables adult learners (who may hae been out of formal education and work for some time) a way back into learning.
Community Link classes are normally small and the emphasis is on individuals working at their own pace to rebuild confidence in a supportive environment.
