This course will give you an opportunity to cook seafood in a learning environment and teach you skills and cooking techniques from preparation to cooking .
The course is aimed at people who know nothing, to cooks who want to improvise. Our chef will give you individual as well as group tuition. This was one of our popular courses last term.
