You will develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed for a busy kitchen environment As well as being able to practice what you learn in the college training kitchens, restaurant and canteen, you will visit food suppliers, restaurants and hoteliers in the local area.
You will be able to attend seminars from top industry experts from some of the most prestigious outlets in the Highlands.
