This course will give you a strong underpinning knowledge to help you develop a career in engineering.  This is a modern, up-to-date programme with national recognition.  You will study pneumatics and hydraulics, CAD and dynamics, bringing all your learning together in an engineering porject. 

 

 

Entry requirements

  • Mathematics and English National 5 at B or above, or Intermediate 2 at B or above, plus two other subjects National 5 B or above, preferably Physics.
  • Communication at Intermediate 2.
  • Equivalent qualifications.

How will I study my course?

Additional information for course delivery in 2021-22

This course will be delivered by blended learning - a combination of face to face and remote learning. You will attend campus in person one day per week and you will access timetabled sessions remotely, via your computer or device, two days per week. From October, you will attend classes on campus two days per week.
