What is special about this course?

The Customer Service Modern Apprenticeship at SCQF Level 5 and 6 developed by Skills CFA offer employers the opportunity to select an apprenticeship appropriate to their organisation and sector.  The key purpose of customer service is to "Win and maintain customer satisfaction whilst continuously monitoring and improving their customer service."

The Modern Apprenticeship will develop the skills, knowledge and competencies required to be effective Customer Skills Professionals.

 

 

Entry requirements

Candidates need to be employed in a Customer Service environment.

It is expected that apprentices following this framework will take on average 12 months to complete. This will be a combination of work-based learning and off-the-job training to complete the SVQ and Core Skills at required level.  Skills CFA encourages the achievement of additional awards, qualifications and training, where relevant.
