Are you or someone you know seeking support for self-harm or related mental health concerns? Join us in The Bothy for Penumbra, the Self-Harm Network's drop-in clinic, a space designed to provide guidance and understanding on Thursday 14 December, 10am - 2pm.
Penumbra offers a support service for people aged 16+ who self-harm, have a history of self-harming or are having thoughts of self-harm to find coping strategies that work for each individual.
