Skills for Work: Hospitality
Face to face
This course provides a broad, practical introduction to the hospitality profession. You will develop skills involved in organising events, working in a front of house environment and providing first-class customer service. All units in the course place emphasis on the employability skills and attitudes that will help prepare you for the workplace.
Mode of delivery: Face to face, Fridays, 9am to 3.30pm
Duration: One academic year (August/September to May/June)
- SCQF Level 5 programmes;
- A Modern Apprenticeship in Hospitality.
