To support our work we are recruiting to the following role :

Business Solutions - Course Administrator

Salary range Grade E, £21,566 - £24,875 per annum
Working hours35 hours per week (1FTE)
LocationInverness College UHI

Job purpose:

The post holder will play a key role in coordinating the courses and programmes offered through our Business Solutions team.  The role will be part of a busy team, which is highly responsive to customer needs and strives to exceed employer expectations.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Providing a first point of contact for course enquiries, offering a high level of customer service
  • Booking of courses and pre-course organisation, including financial administration and monitoring
  • Promotion of Business Solutions’ offer to employers
  • Negotiation with Managers and Lecturers
  • Programme evaluation and reporting
  • Administration and coordination

The post holder will need to demonstrate a high level of customer service, strong administrative and coordination skills and excellent attention to detail.
