Business Solutions - Course Administrator
|Salary range||Grade E, £21,566 - £24,875 per annum|
|Working hours||35 hours per week (1FTE)|

The post holder will play a key role in coordinating the courses and programmes offered through our Business Solutions team. The role will be part of a busy team, which is highly responsive to customer needs and strives to exceed employer expectations.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Providing a first point of contact for course enquiries, offering a high level of customer service
- Booking of courses and pre-course organisation, including financial administration and monitoring
- Promotion of Business Solutions’ offer to employers
- Negotiation with Managers and Lecturers
- Programme evaluation and reporting
- Administration and coordination
The post holder will need to demonstrate a high level of customer service, strong administrative and coordination skills and excellent attention to detail.
