Senior Finance Officer

Salary range The salary is F, and the salary range is £24,875 - £28,337 per annum

Following a process of organisational change within the finance team at Inverness College an opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance professional to manage a small team responsible for the provision of an efficient accounts receivable, cash and banking service. The post-holder will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the finance aspects of the student enrolment and invoicing, and this will involve the post-holder working out-with usual office hours during the enrolment period.  

This is an exciting time for the finance team as it undergoes a period of significant change, including the replacement of our finance system, and review of current processes. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the skills to manage, develop and encourage their team, and who will be able to work well with other teams to ensure an excellent service is delivered to staff and students.

Good analytical, communication, planning and organisational skills are essential. This post-holder must be committed to providing the best possible service to students and staff and be able to adapt to meet the changing needs of the College.
