Richard Coyne- Lecturer in Professonal Cookery
Richard has worked in the catering industry for twenty five years and has been with us at Inverness College UHI for three years.
Richard began his career at the Golf View and then the Newton hotel in Nairn before completeing his apprenticeship in Poldinos which is one of aberdeens oldest Italian restaurants.
Since then Richards trade has taken him to Cambridge and as far as Australia as well as working as a freelance chef.
