- Heather Buchanan
Heather teaches administration on NC and HNC Administration & IT as well as NC and HNC Business & Accounting.
After leaving college, Heather worked in the NHS as a Medical Secretary before returning to study. Thereafter, she gained employment in the private sector as an IT trainer, working in Stirling/Glasgow.
Heather started work at Inverness College UHI in 2004.
Interesting fact: Heather went on tour with the Proclaimers.
Kath MacLennan
Kath teaches on the Business and Administration curriculums. Coming from a Quality background, Kath has previously worked in both the private and voluntary sector, including more than 10 years helping community groups throughout Highlands and Islands access start up and project grant funding. Kath has also worked at national level on several voluntary sector projects.
Kath has worked for Inverness College UHI since 2006. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and is a module leader on the BA (Hons) Business and Management programme.
Interesting fact: Kath, being left handed, can do mirror writing (back to front writing) just as easily as forward writing.
