Lindsay MacLeod
Lindsay has been teaching at UHI Inverness since 2016, and before that, she spent two years working as a Classroom Assistant. She holds a BA Hons Napier University, and TQFE Stirling university. She is the Skillsbuilder 1 Course Leader and Lecturer in Supported Education.
Lindsay spent several years working as a Support Worker in a community setting, supporting individuals with mental health conditions and/or Learning Disabilities. She said "the best thing about teaching is the students! I love supporting students to reach their goals, improve their communication and social skills and to gain more confidence."
She likes to have fun in the classroom by using games, challenges, and teamwork to learn. When Lindsay's not working, she enjoys going on road trips, photography and reading.
