What is special about this course?

This programme is highly practical in nature and is designed for individuals with little or no prior experience in beauty therapy, including those who may have recently left school. It is ideal for anyone interested in pursuing a career in the beauty industry and wishing to gain foundational skills in both beauty treatments and basic hairstyling. The course provides an introduction to the industry, enabling learners to explore the field and determine whether progression to full-time study is the right path for them.

It is also well suited to individuals who have been away from further education for some time, as it helps to build the confidence, knowledge, and practical skills needed to successfully transition into a full-time beauty programme.

To reflect professional industry standards, you will be required to wear the designated uniform during all practical classes (a black tunic with trousers or leggings), and black closed-toe shoes or trainers provided by yourself. You will also be required to wear no jewellery to practical classes for health and hygiene purposes and to avoid loss.

Due to the practical nature of this course face to face delivery is mandatory.
