Rea Macdonald

Rea enjoys horse riding and has taken part in several local competitions and charity fundraisers. When possible, Rea loves to travel and explore new places, going on long walks, working out in the gym, and cooking. She has also recently taken up badminton and enjoys playing in her spare time with friends and family.

Qualifications:

  • BA Psychology, University of Stirling.
  • MSc Health Psychology, University of Stirling.

Research Interests:

Rea’s interests include health psychology and animal psychology. While studying Psychology at the University of Stirling, Rea carried out her dissertation on the influence of ambient temperature on female mouse lemurs sleeping patterns. Rea then went on to complete a Master’s in Health Psychology and undertook research on the influence of COVID-19 on first-time blood donors.
