Graduate Apprenticeships

Our graduate apprenticeships are fully-funded, work-based learning degrees, tailored to meet business and industry needs. Employees gain skills and a recognised qualification, while employers attract, retain and develop a talented workforce.

At UHI Inverness we offer six graduate apprenticeships covering accounting, business, civil engineering, construction, engineering and early learning and childcare. There is no cost to the employer or the employee, and they are available to businesses of any size and to new and existing employees who live and work in Scotland.

Our graduate apprenticeships combine education and in-work support and mentoring, offering hands-on experience in a real-world context while developing skills that are relevant for modern workplaces.
