“I love the wide range of practical sessions run by lecturers and students, which highlight the different approaches to sport and fitness within the industry. There’s also lots of opportunities for volunteering– I have volunteered alongside High Life Highland’s active schools programme, which has really enhanced my skillset as well as my CV. I’ve really enjoyed learning about how the body works and adapts to exercise. The lecturers are great and really easy to get along with. The support is always there if you need it, which gives you confidence when starting a new unit or assignment.," - Cory Ross, a Sport Studies student.
