What is special about this course?

This course is a combination of work-based and college training, delivered in partnership with the employer, student and the training provider.

The programme is delivered in college for 3 blocks of 3 weeks, 5 days per week. You will undertake 12 units over the year, resulting in the award being completed within one academic year.
 

Entry requirements

Applicants need to be in employment, motivated, work well as a team, and work to high standards.

Over the course of the year you will work to achieve the a National Certificate qualification in Civil Engineering at SCQF level 7. 

You will also commence an SVQ in Construction Contracting Operations at SCQF level 6/7 or Built Environment Design.
