Senior Phase Programme Offer Holder Days

We’re running Senior Phase Offer Holder Days in June to help you get ready for campus life in August. They provide a great opportunity for you to tour the campus, learn more about your course and meet your lecturers, future classmates and the team that runs the programme. You will also be able to ask questions about anything you are not sure about.

Thrive is a weekly online session designed to help you balance wellbeing, self-care, and effective study habits. Join a supportive community of students as we explore mindfulness, stress management, productivity tips, and strategies to stay motivated. Each session includes practical advice, interactive discussions, and expert insights to help you feel your best while excelling in your studies. This 60-minute group workshop is packed with useful, must-know tips and tricks to kickstart your learning journey. With advice on how to manage your time, guidance on academic writing and information on effective note-taking, it will set you up with the skills required to be successful in your studies.

One-to-One Sessions
This 45-minute 1-1 session will set you up with the skills required to be successful in your studies. The session can be personalised to focus on particular study skills, or a general session will provide advice on how to manage your time, academic writing, and effective note-taking. Sessions are available online or in person in July and August.
