Are you planning to study an engineering course at college or university? Would you like to do an engineering apprenticeship? If so, Engineering Drawing for Industry is designed to support you.

How? Well, the engineering industry need engineers with the ability to understand engineering drawings as well as being able to hand draw and use Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) software.  Engineering Drawing for Industry will provide you with strong practical skills and knowledge to support you in your next steps as well as boosting your CV. 

You'll meet like-minded pupils from other schools and work with them to develop your skills in an environment where you are taught by industry experienced staff with direct access to employers.

Entry requirements ...

Entry requirements are flexible, although the course does require a level of technical or science-based understanding. Applicants are normally expected to have three National 5 qualifications (subjects including Physics, Engineering Science, Maths, or Craft and Design would be beneficial).
