Chef Saurav who is of an Indian origin takes great pride in developing and sharing his knowledge about Indian herbs, spices and home cooked meat ,vegetarian and vegan dishes.

So come and join this exclusive journey with Saurav and explore in-depth knowledge which he has to offer about Indian cuisine.

CLASS GROUP

Suitable for those who have a basic knowledge in cookery and also those who have more advanced cookery skills.

COURSE CONTENT

Week 1:

  • Chicken/Haggis Pakora
  • Lamb Rogan josh
  • Naan bread

 

Week 2:

  • Vegetable samosa/Coriander and mint chutney
  • Chicken bhuna/Zeera pulao
  • Butternut squash, chick pea and spinach curry

 

Week3:

  • Onion Bhaji
  • Chicken Biryani, cucumber mint raita
  • Poppadum

 

Week 4:

  • Paneer tikka masala
  • Achaari Ghost/Parantha
  • Bombay aloo

 

Week 5:

  • Butter chicken/Chapati
  • Saag aloo (VEGAN)
  • Rice kheer

 

Week 6:

  • Mixed vegetable Balti
  • Dal Tadka
  • Malayali prawn/fish curry/coconut rice

 

ON COMPLETION

Students will have an understanding of the diverse Indian cookery techniques and recipes, they will also receive a College Certificate.
