- Improves their leadership practices and the productivity of their business
- Applies proven methods to analyse, develop and trial ideas to grow their business
- Shares local entrepreneur experiences through short video interviews

What Catalyst offers:
The programme consists of 6 modules and is taught entirely online with an initial induction on how to use the online tools and resources as well as twilight, tutor-led group sessions.
The sessions, 4pm to 6pm, are for group and tutor support and to discuss the learning from the online resources. There is no assessment/exam, but delegates will have a clear direction of where they want to take their business through the online learning, group discussion and activities they are asked to complete, by the end of the programme.
