The University of the Highlands and Islands owns and manages the Student Residences at Inverness Campus, offering 300 en suite bedrooms with shared kitchen and living areas.
Located on the Inverness Campus, our modern student accommodation places you just moments away from your classes, study spaces, and campus facilities.
Choose from comfortable en-suite rooms with shared kitchen and living areas, or enjoy the privacy and independence of your own self-contained studio apartment. Every room includes Wi-Fi, utilities, and a dedicated study space, ensuring you have everything you need to live and study comfortably.
With on-site laundry facilities, secure cycle storage, accessible rooms, and 24-hour CCTV, all the essentials are close at hand.
Applications for student accommodation for 2026/27 are now open.

Students staying in our accommodation are treated as adults and should be prepared for independent living. This includes keeping their rooms clean, doing their own laundry, preparing meals, and helping to maintain shared spaces.
Our trained accommodation team is based on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing support and assistance whenever needed.
