The students, staff and board of management are saddened to hear of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Our thoughts are with her family at this difficult time and in particular HRH The Princess Royal, our Chancellor.

We recognise, acknowledge and celebrate the Queen's extraordinary devotion to our country and the Commonwealth, and her life of selfless service before and during her reign.

We will contact students to inform them of any changes to timetables and arrangements before and after the day of the state funeral.

All at UHI are saddened to hear about the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. I have sent condolences to our Chancellor, HRH The Princess Royal, and her family at this difficult time.

We acknowledge her lifelong dedication to public service and share her love for our beautiful country.

As a mark of respect, we will pause less urgent activities across our partnership until after the day of her state funeral.

Local campuses will contact students to let them know about any changes to timetables and local access arrangements for the day of the state funeral if applicable.
