Visit our Sheiling Restaurant, where our Professional Cookery Level 5 & Professional Cookery Level 6 students prepare and cook high quality affordable cuisine. Our Professional Cookery Level 4 students will serve you.
By training in a real environment, our students gain the hands on experience they need to hit the ground running when they leave UHI Inverness.
Our two and three-course menus change weekly and the food is freshly prepared, with an emphasis on local and seasonal produce.
Orders are taken between 12.00 pm and 12.45pm.
