Visit our Sheiling Restaurant, where our Professional Cookery Level 5 & 6 students prepare and cook high quality affordable cuisine. Our Professional Cookery Level 4 students will serve you.

Our two and three-course menus change weekly and the food is freshly prepared, with an emphasis on local and seasonal produce.

Food is prepared by our Professional Cookery Level 5 & 6 students and served by our Professional Cookery Level 4 students.

By training in a real environment, our students gain the hands on experience they need to hit the ground running when they leave UHI Inverness.

The restaurant is open on Wednesdays and selected Thursdays during Semester 2 for lunch during term-time only, October to May.

Orders are taken between 12.00 pm and 12.45pm.

Wednesdays - 21 & 28 February;  6, 13 & 20 March; and 17, 24 April 2024

Thursdays - 7, 14 & 21 March; 18 & 25 April, 2 & 9 May 2024
