Appointment Booking Page
Students can book an appointment with our support services through our online bookings portal, Microsoft Bookings.
If you experience any difficulties making an appointment, please email info.ic@uhi.ac.uk, or visit the Information Point in the atrium of the main campus.
Booking an appointment
An appointment system is in place for the following services:
- Student Funding - for attendance issues please contact your PDA
- Applications and Enrolment
Learning and Wellbeing Support
For Learning Support, please email additionalsupport.ic@uhi.ac.uk. An administrator will send you an appointment via MS Teams Bookings.
For Wellbeing Support, please email wellbeing.ic@uhi.ac.uk. An administrator will send you an appointment via MS Teams Bookings.
Need to cancel or reschedule your appointment?

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment directly through your Microsoft Bookings confirmation email. Alternatively, you can email us with your request.
We kindly ask that you let us know as early as possible if you’re unable to attend, so that we can offer the slot to another student.
