Access and transitions

We recognise that starting a new course can be an exciting opportunity, but it can also feel overwhelming for some.

Our names are Amanda Campbell and Claire Ross and our role at UHI Inverness is to be your point of contacts should you need any guidance, help or support on preparing to start your studies, or at any point whilst you are a student.

We can arrange visits and tours of the building, help you apply for funding, organise accommodation or connect you with other support services.

Whatever your query or concern, we are here to help you settle into college life and get the most out of your student experience.

We can also provide support if you are:

A Care Experienced Student, a student with Caring Responsibilities or a student who is Estranged from their family
